This is a thread for Bond fans who want to talk about the song in comparison to the other title songs and not necessarily Eilish's work.

I personally think it's horrible but it's just my opinion.

I actually enjoy the song. Eilish's voice has limited range of course (she's no Adele and this is no Skyfall) although she excels within that low range imo. So this song is playing to her strengths and that's better than if she had tried to mimic or outshine Adele which she certainly isn't.

My ranking of the Craig-era title songs:

1. You Know My Name
2. Skyfall
3. No Time To Die
4. Another Way To Die
5. Writing's On The Wall

Pretty uninspiring. But then we haven't had a good Bond song since Goldeneye, 25 years and 8 Bond films ago. So another forgettable one doesn't make much difference.

Not a fan of Writing's On The Wall then, huh?

I'm not a fan of Bond themes in general. A few are classics but most are filler. They are not as much songs as mini adverts to get you in the Bond mood. This BE number gets me in the mood for a nap. Wonder why they went with a Yank this time?

Maybe, but I hear about Adele everywhere. I hear her songs everywhere. They're so annoying. I couldn't even tell you when a Sam Smith song comes on the radio they're so mundane. So he's easy to ignore.
