A mysterious object attacks and destroys any ship or submarine. Submarine 707 has the mission to search for that mysterious object, when summoned by a whale to follow it. The whale leads them to the world of Mu. But on their way they meet the mysterious object. They find out , it is Commander Red Silver, who had attacked the world of Mu to get Mu's magma sources. Submarine takes up the battle to defeat Red Silver and save Mu, and the world for that matter.

Un objeto misterioso ataca y destruye cualquier barco o submarino. El submarino 707 tiene la misión de buscar ese misterioso objeto, cuando es convocado por una ballena para seguirlo. La ballena los lleva al mundo de Mu. Pero en el camino se encuentran con el misterioso objeto. Descubren que es el Comandante Red Silver, quien había atacado el mundo de Mu para obtener las fuentes de magma de Mu. Submarine emprende la batalla para derrotar a Red Silver y salvar a Mu y al mundo.
