I swear the Spaniards are the only people making decent crime films these days. Having recently watched Invisible Guest, my expectations of this were already high. This film is totally different to that one, much grittier and more brutally graphic, but in other ways, it is (almost) equally brilliant. If you're a fan of intense crime dramas, this is up your street. But the real question is - what the hell happened to English language crime films? The era of Se7en and its ilk is long gone...
