Strickland

Just finished watching this & even though I've never seen any of the Matrix movies I would still choose Strickland. The man is just evil.

Exactly! Smith is an agent and throughout the first movie, was just doing its purpose. However, I was surprised that Smith could feel hate for Neo. On the other hand, Strickland was acting of free will, and like you stated, was wicked.

How does someone not watch any of the Matrix movies? Is it a specific blood type or rare genetic condition?

Not interested in them? And when I see Reeves in a movie all I can think of is Theodore "Ted" Logan.

I hate Bill and Ted but for you to not have watched a single Matrix movie is a bit much.

You're not missing anything. I love good sci-fi but gave it 5/10 and can't even remember the baddie in it. I didn't think the bad fella here was all that skin crawling either though. The villains in Sexy Beast, Time Bandits and Cape Fear are much more skin crawling in my opinion.
