Surprisingly good...

I really didn't remember the trailer for this, but after watching the movie; I realized the story had more to do with how humans became man's best friend than anything else. I really liked it because I'm sure there was one point and time humans lived without pets...it all had to start somewhere.

Yeah im surprised that it has 83% on RT and 58% on here. I know some people complain about it being light on plot. But so was Castaway, All Is Lost, Never Cry Wolf. These movies are not about the super complicated plots. Its about the journey. Ill admit its slow. But as much as i like action movies. I also like movies that take there time. Personally i found it to be really good.

I enjoyed this movie. It wasn't innovative - it was simply a survival movie - but something about it connected to me. I stayed with it to the end - mainly to ensure that the wolf survived !!
