Had an absolute blast watching this. Did not expect that. Everything about it is stupid, starting with the premise, through to the tattooed, gleefully whining villain, and including the immature humour. Yet somehow, if you don't think too hard about it, or think about it at all really, it absolutely works as an overall package, and is massively, almost embarrassingly, entertaining. What a riot. For once I kind of hope there will be a sequel.

I think that while it was pretty decent I felt Crank 1 and Crank 2 had that same vibe, but were all around better films.

If you have access to HULU, I STRONGLY STRONGLY recommend "Boss Level", starring Frank Grillo! Has same vibe as Guns Akimbo, except with a little "Groundhog Day" thrown in for good measure..lol. I LOVED it! And I LOVED this movie as well for the same reason @Great does...its downright silly, but I don't watch movies to mirror real life (the every day news SUCKS more then enough), I want to be entertained and this one delivered in droves!

Boss Level has been on the list for a while! My difficulty is I love this kind of film, but no-one else I know does so I have to pick the right time to watch it ;)

HA...I've gotten into the habit of watching movies by myself LOOONG ago...even going to theaters when noone else wants to tag along (I'm a big horror fan and my friends and gf don't care for it).

Enjoyed this too, standout character was the homeless Kiwi (particularly that hotdog part). Although his co-worker was a close second. Radcliffe pulled off the role well
