Impressive performance from Marchant Davis. I only tuned into this for Anna Kendrick, but ended up kinda surprised. That being said, felt like the film was kind of lacking in certain areas as it was neither a comedy or a drama. An interesting character piece that probably needs a little bit more focus on the main character (without giving spoilers).

I know what you mean, the main actor was good but there did seem to be something missing. There were funny bits, especially the first scene with the number 5s in the phone number so overall the plot and the satire were there, just the dialogue fell flat in a lot places.
