I'm thinking they should reprise the Winter Guard in a future Black Widow movie. They've already had three of the four current members appear in the MCU (Crimson Dynamo, Red Guardian, and Ursa Major) with only Darkstar yet to show. It would be interesting to put the old team together again (with Boris Vadim replacing Anton Vanko for Crimson Dynamo since Vanko died in Iron Man 2). It would be kind of fun to see past their prime superheroes still trying to make a go of it.
