This is another instance where TMDB has gone against their own 'bible'. Not sure why though. Maybe you could ask on one of the support pages?

2. A "premiere" release
3. Any other release (digital, physical or TV)
   

The first limited release in selected theatres and via Premium VOD was on July 3, 2020.

The premiere release was at Thessaloniki International Film Festival Festival on 2 November 2019.

In this case, according to the movie bible "limited" or "theatrical" release is used as primary release date.

It doesn't make sense to do it this way. Why not do it the way the majority of other sites do it?
