690M for 3500 people makes only 200K per person considering first few people got 1-12M. I get they didn't want to wait, but it seem way to low when settlements were doubling with each process.
"The plaintiffs will get less, but they will get something," Eggen said. "When you factor in the hassle of appeals, including multiple appeals at a couple of levels, it's better to get something and get it now."
