I noticed this entry and looked into it some more. Per the link above, the "TV" release was via Voom's "Gallery HD" channels. Had there not been such a release, the entry would have been bad since it's at least 7 screens screening at once when in a gallery. I don't know exactly how the Gallery HD screening worked, but I assume you get to see all portraits just like other art event screenings.
In my opinion this entry should be set to video:true since it's both a type of compilation and also an event screening, clearly connected to a particular exhibition. I don't think it should count as a proper TV special. I first changed it, but then I changed it back since there probably could be some point of view here that I missed.
It's interesting that the portraits were a) commissioned and produced by VOOM HD Networks b) both shot horizontally for the TV release and vertically for galleries. Based on this press release they were actually set to premiere on VOOM's Ambient Arts Channel in August 2004. I'm assuming they are referring to the short-lived MOOV HD/LAB HD channel, which "showcase[d] original video art created by a diverse mix of artists and designers." I feel like I don't have enough info about the format of the original TV release to make an informed decision, but the current entry might be incorrect.
If portraits did actually premiere on that TV channel in August 2004, I'd be leaning towards keeping it as video:false. Otherwise, I'd be more inclined for video:true.

The content is legit. But I couldn't find much on the alleged TV release.

A curious entry for sure. We can wait for one more opinion before making a final decision.
