The movie is nicely filmed and directed, visually it's quite impressive. The problem here is with the content, which is not rising above your average high school drama of troubled teens with secrets, pinky swears, pacts, gossip and betrayals. Everything is on the low superficial level of teenage problems. And they do try to make it more serious and tragic, with higher stakes, but I don't think they succeed too much. This is closer to 13 Reasons Why and very far from the Black Swan. There is absolutely no complexity of the adult reality, it's all very... childish, or how a teenager may see the adult world from his point of view. Even the modest sex scenes are for teenagers.

The movie is too long as well, after first hour I started to get bored. This movie is for people that like watching teenage dramas, but if you want a serious adult drama with complex psychological characters and real life problems, maybe skip this. Just watch Black Swan again.
