In this film James Bond incredibly changes into a full clown outfit, with impeccably applied make-up, in ~ 60 seconds (judging from the bomb countdown timer).
In The Man With The Golden Gun James Bond drops his gun and about 30 seconds later has changed into the mannequin's clothes, done up his tie, hidden the said mannequin completely from sight, and struck his pose!
But which one was more impressive? Or are there any others that we need to consider?

You know, I never really noticed the two examples of Bond quick-change artistry that you mention, I mean, I noticed, but never thought how quickly they were accomplished. In You Only Live Twice, it took five minutes to change Sean Connery into a not very convincing Japanese man.
