Agreed. I think that's why I was able to forgive the TOTAL stupidity of the guy wanting to go back there.

Since I never saw this now 18-year-old movie until last night, maybe I loved it because I am really tired of movies that are "just another serial killer" slasher flicks, so I was thrilled that the Creeper turned out to be a demon (with wings!) I don't understand all the low ratings the movie gets, or the people who say it was great until the killer was revealed. But maybe back in 2001, there weren't enough human serial killer villains and people really wanted them. Or perhaps demons were considered schlocky at that time; I don't recall. But today, it seemed downright original to have the killer be supernatural.

Also refreshing: Only two teens. Brother and sister instead of a couple. No sex.

However i thought the story of the creeper was interesting and the feel of being hunted was very intense. Great scare scenes...truck,police station, resturant etc all gave some good intense moments

If it has a rating above a big fat ZERO, then it is HIGHLY OVERRATED! This so-called movie is stupid pile of garbage.

Two teens in college talking to each other like they are 7 years old... Uh-huh, Nuh-uh, Uh-Huh, Nuh-uh... INFINITY!!!!

I've never heard anyone do that silliness when they are that old, definitely not after about 10 years old at the most.
