Discuss Big Daddy

It started the demise of Adam Sandler's movies because he got a taste of the "serious" side of acting so he did more of that afterwards instead of the off-the-wall crazy shee-ite that I liked about his early movies.

no way...he still made a ton of crazy off the wall stuff after Big Daddy ( Little Nicky, 8 Crazy Nights, You don't mess with the Zohan, Chuck and Larry, Grown Ups 1 and 2, Thats My Boy) He started doing more rom coms more than anything (50 first dates, Click, Blended) He did however throw in a couple of serious roles with (Punch drunk Love , Spanglish, and Reign Over Me)

I was saying it was the catalyst for his downfall of the comedies of his that I liked. Little Nicky was the last with the true spirit of classic Sandler. The rest that you named (of the ones I saw) lacked something that is hard to define.
