I totally agree. Nadiuska was head and shoulders more beautiful than Sandahl Bergman.

Agree, but maybe they thought Sandahl Bergman made a better thief.

Sandahl Bergman was a great physical actress. She was obviously very athletic. Her wall climbing and sword fighting added a touch of realism to the movie that I don't think Conan's mother could have pulled off.

It would appear to be that way. And also for me, Arnold Schwarzenegger will always be preferable to 2011's Conan the Barbarian played by Jason Momoa. Arnie has this pugnacious look about him like he's always ready for a fight; Momoa's most distinct trait is how pretty he is. Arnie fits the character much better, IMO. It's just another case of 80's action heroes being the best.

Say, you guys haven't mentioned the radiant Grace Jones in Conan the Destroyer at all. What's up with that?

The jury's still out on whether or not GJ's really a she. Agreed, in regards to Arnie running lightyears ahead of that dude from Aquaman as Conan. Further testament to the fact that it's indisputably wise to not f-ck around with the classics
