山新，国内新生代专业配音演员、北斗企鹅工作室配音演员、声创联盟中文配音社团主力社员之一。声线干净清澈，表演风格真实纯熟，感情收放自如，无论是可爱萝莉、天真正太，还是纯真少女、温柔御姐甚至精灵动物类角色都能轻松演绎。于2012年初为雅马哈公司的VOCALOID3中洛天依提供音源，成为第一个进入VOCALOID家族的中国人。主要作品有动画《十万个冷笑话》、《罗小黑战记》、《星游记》等，游戏《古剑奇谭》系列、《三国杀online》、《仙剑奇侠传4》、《仙剑奇侠传5前传》、《叙事曲》系列等。

Shan Xin (real name is Wang Youji) was born in Zhengzhou, Henan Province on January 1, 1989. She is a voice acting actress from Mainland China and the famous virtual singer Luo Tianyi. She is a core member of the TrioPen Studio (北斗企鹅工作室) and Drama Times (声创联盟).

Her name is derived from Kappei Yamaguchi (Japanese: 山口勝平) and Kudo Shinichi (Japanese: 工藤新一).
