Thomas "Tom" Payne (nato il 21 dicembre 1982 a Chelmsford, Essex) è un attore britannico. È noto per il ruolo di Paul "Jesus" Rovia nella serie televisiva The Walking Dead. Attualmente può essere visto nel ruolo di Malcolm Bright nella serie Prodigal Son.

Payne è cresciuto a Bath, Somerset, nell'Inghilterra occidentale.
