Moderators can lock data fields so that they can't be changed by "normal" users. Those names are locked.

You are doing something wrong -> people names should be entered in English only, not in Russian! You can read more about this here:

You can put the Russian (Cyrillic) name as an alternative name instead!

The same goes for character names in movies and tv shows -> please stop renaming them from English to Russian like you did here: https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/1622-supernatural/changes

Also, there's a difference between season regulars and guest stars in television shows -> you can read more about it here:

Because we don't support translations of character names, yet. It's not implemented, technically. When you change the name to Russian, everyone sees the Russian character name -> which is wrong. Especially for English language movies and tv shows.
