Kotono Mitsuishi (三石 琴乃, Mitsuishi Kotono, nacida el 8 de diciembre de 1967) es una actriz de voz (seiyuu), actriz y narradora japonesa de Toda, Saitama. Estuvo afiliada a Arts Vision y Lasley Arrow. Cuando era niña, vivía en Nagareyama, Chiba. Se graduó de la escuela secundaria en 1986 y entró en la Academia de Actores de Voz de Katsuta.

En 1988, Mitsuishi hizo su debut como actriz de voz como Tomoyo en el OVA Ace wo Nerae! 2. Se convirtió instantáneamente en una celebridad gracias a su papel de Usagi Tsukino en la serie de anime televisivo Sailor Moon estrenada en 1992, y su popularidad aumentó nuevamente con su papel de Misato Katsuragi en la serie de televisión de anime Neon Genesis Evangelion, así como Murrue Ramius en Mobile Suit Gundam SEED y Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny, estrenadas en 2002 y 2004 respectivamente.

Kotono Mitsuishi is a Japanese voice actress and narrator from Toda, Saitama. She was affiliated with Arts Vision and Lasley Arrow. As a young girl, Mitsuishi lived in Nagareyama, Chiba. Mitsuishi graduated from high school in 1986, and entered the Katsuta Voice Actor's Academy.

In 1988, Mitsuishi made her voice acting debut as Tomoyo in the OVA Ace wo Nerae! 2.
