Can't edit Movie Facts

I don't get any fields when the popup shows for editing Movie Information. Latest stable Chrome, latest IE9.
I see "Please edit the movie details below. Please remember to take time and care when entering new data!" and the buttons at the bottom, but nothing in between. Each tab shows weird behavior for dropdowns (i.e. you can't see anything in the dropdown and they're sized weirdly).

Weird, I cannot replicate this problem.
I've opened it in Safari, Chrome and Firefox.
Does it do this for every movie, or just this one?
