The Movie Database Support

After I fix an issue reported in the Content Issues forum, should I reply to announce it was resolved (and close the discussion), or just close the discussion without replying? The reason I ask is after doing a lot of them, I feel like I'm spamming the forum with nothing more than replies consisting of the word, "fixed."

I'm thinking you can just close the issues if you want. That is, unless they require a question or obvious follow up.
