This is the normal working of our site. Translated titles should be left empty if they are identical to the original title. Third-party applications should default to the original title if the translated title they want is empty.

The Chinese translation titles for these items are empty, but they have not been locked (a few have been locked), so users can re-add Chinese translation titles. You should not readd the translated titles.

You have to ask the creators of your third-party applications to correct them and default to the original title when the translated title is empty.
