I have noticed that this series was removed after being reported by the user dokuro. Every time it is recreated and much time and effort are spent filling in all of the required content this user reports it for removal. In your New Content Guidelines it states that "Fan films or fan web series" are" Not Supported" however it also say "rare exceptions: properly released content." I am asking that this be one of those rare exceptions for many reasons...
Mainly, under the TV section of those same guidelines it lists "Web series" as "Content allowed in the TV section". Here is the IMDB listing... https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2732442/?ref_=nv_sr_srsg_2_tt_8_nm_0_q_star%2520trek%2520con There were multiple production companies involved; DracogenFar, and From HomeTrek. Plus a SFX studio; ImpaQt FX. Not to mention it won over a dozen major awards. Can this series be allowed back on the site (which I believe was the case in the past) AND possibly have something noted that this exception was made to prevent future removal? Thank you for your consideration.

You're asking for an exception based on the proper release exception, but you don't mention any legal profesionnal release. It's extremely unlikely to ever happen because of all the typical legal hoops. On top of that, it breaks several Star Trek fan films guidelines.

It was released. As a web series. What is specifically required for this to be listed here? Or better yet what is preventing it? It is something that was created, released, and exists. I do not see any reason why it should not be a part of this site.

YouTube doesn't count as a professional release for obvious reasons. Anyone can upload anything on Youtube. The guidelines are not that different from any other type of content. We always ask for a profesionnal release.
