以虛構的澀谷為舞台，15 歲的主角櫻庭音操在原因不明的情況下被迫參加一場名為「死神遊戲」的死亡遊戲，如果想要活下來，就必須完成「死神」所交待的任務。不只如此，原本熟悉的澀谷街道上還出現了名為「雜音」的怪物。音操必須努力存活過七天的時限，與其他參加者一同設法逃離緊追身後的死亡威脅。
