What does Devon see in Hilary?

I just don't get it, as Hilary has no redeeming qualities.

I never understood it either. But since the actress is leaving we won't have to wonder anymore. I just wish that Devon was leaving too (he is such a bore). But I haven't really been watching since that brain dead judge gave Christian to Victor. I have had it with him always winning. It would be different if he was actually a halfway decent person (last time was when he was with Hope).
