Extra Details: I found that there are 2 missing episodes in the list for S21 S21E13 - Resurrection of the Daleks (3) S21E14 - Resurrection of the Daleks (4)
This also means the other episodes after resurrection of the daleks should be renumbered eg S21E13 - Planet of Fire (1) should become S21E15 etc
