Overview

本劇集改編自楊謹倫破天荒的漫畫小說，《西遊ABC》講述了一位平凡的美籍少年，他希望自己的社交生活能得以「升級」，但一位來自海外的新生孫維辰初來乍到，令他的大計失敗收場。他現在要應付高中政治、一段來自90年代電視節目的網絡廣傳種族歧視短片、還有這位不斷跟隨他身後的古怪新生，這一切最終令王進在足球隊選拔中落選，同時亦損害了他的名聲。但後來王進對孫維辰有更深入了解，還發現這位新來的孩子，是中國神話中美猴王孫悟空的兒子。孫維辰要王進和他一起參與尋找傳說中第四卷經書的任務，現在王進要面對分別來自天庭和高中的考驗與磨煉，過程中逼着他發現自己的真正身份。此故事穿插了親情、喜劇和厲害的功夫情節，王進最終明白到，活出真我就是他的力量泉源。
