The issue here is/was episode 22! That was a double episode, and lots of websites count this as 2 episodes (Wikipedia, for example). But TMDb should follow the official airing on ABC, and they count it as 1 episode: https://abc.go.com/shows/greys-anatomy/episode-guide/season-11

Everything was fine until a Brazilian user did count 2 episodes for this one and created no. 25! I fixed the error just now, but I'm not sure which episode titles (English or Portuguese) are correct here:

I don't speak Portuguese, so I'm not sure if all the other edits of this Brazilian user were alright?

This is not the case on the only website that should be take in account : the ABC website at the time of the broadcast.
