Yep, I'm a former IMDb message board poster. I'm upset they shut down their boards, but this site looks like it could be a good replacement.

Haha same here! Personally I do not think it will ever reach the level of popularity that the IMDB forum used to have but it is a start. I still think it is crazy that IMDB took the forum from us, I used to go to IMDB every day now I only go there like once a month and only for a few minutes. I was a member for over 10 years and I am sad that all my discussions disappeared just like that.

Same here... the forums were much better there... but this site is OK, I suppose I'll adjust to this :)

I'm for Imdb as well.Apparently all my imdb posts have moved to the movieforums website.
