First thank you for the reply, I've read the Anime Episode rules you mentioned. In the rules, it said,

But in fact, Japanese anime series rarely did like that. And the examples mentioned below like is also not proper, as the released blu-ray didn't pair differently.

The Urusei Yatsura as a segment-anime like Komi-san(tmdb, official site, also has per-segment title and description) and others, in my opinion, should be arranged in the exact order in which they were originally released in Japan. Not only it will be easy for new-comers to quickly identify which episodes it was contained in, but also friendly for people those are using media library management software, as they don't need to manually specified multiple episodes into a single one.

I hope the community could discuss the situation and evaluate if the Japanese segment-anime should use the same rules as others.

Even if they rarely do that, that doesn't mean that they never do that.

Aren't we talking about Japanese segment anime now?

If they do publish subsequent releases those paired segments in different orders, it's definitely no problem to edit like that. And could you list examples for the series Chio's School Road that they did re-order the segments in any subsequent releases as the series was listed as an example in the Bible? I think we should follow the actual releases, not like that doesn't mean that they never do that. For the current information on the official website, they will only publish one blu-ray pack that completely follow the on-air order. So that the Urusei Yatsura should be arranged like Komi-san.

我已经恶心到转用tvdb了，如果其他使用中文的朋友看到这个讨论的话，我建议你们也使用tvdb并且去编辑简体翻译。 我最近已经开始将几部新番的剧集中文翻译同步过去了，审核还是比较快的，一天左右就通过了。 不过我是因为emby原数据异常才来的，如果你们有其他用途的话我也尊重各位的选择。感谢各位的奉献。
