Incorrect according to what official source? Definitely, not according to the CW https://web.archive.org/web/20070518075404/http://www.cwtv.com/shows/supernatural/episodes/108
The same name is used in the original press release http://www.thefutoncritic.com/listings/20051031wb11/
Perhaps it was renamed later?

I own the complete series on Blu-Ray. It’s called Home not The Journey Home. Also when season 1 premiered ‘The CW’ didn’t even exist. The show was on ‘The WB’

The WB's archive is broken, unfortunately. But considering that here the episode was renamed in 2016, you're probably right.
