I own the complete series on Blu-Ray. It’s called Home not The Journey Home. Also when season 1 premiered ‘The CW’ didn’t even exist. The show was on ‘The WB’

The WB's archive is broken, unfortunately. But considering that here the episode was renamed in 2016, you're probably right.

So how can we update the episode name correctly.
