That's tough. I love them all, but if I had to pick one it would be Sophia.

Boy, I like the four of them, but I personally prefer Dorothy, because I can relate to a certain extent. Dorothy's outburst are mostly the reason why she is my favorite character. Also, I think she is the most rational out of the four and she is, like, the leader of the bunch, I think.

I like Rose. She is the heart of the show and her stories are so wild.

I liked Sophia and all of her crazy stories. Half of which sounds like she made them up.

I was watching 'Brother, Can You Spare the Jacket?' yesterday where Teddy Wilson plays a character in the homeless shelter. I had wondered whatever became of him because I remembered him on 'Good Times' and the movie 'Carny' that I have on DVD, so I looked him up. I had no idea he died, and his death was AIDS related. He was only 47 when he died. Very sad.

Where did you read that his death was AIDS related? Everything I've read says he died due to a stroke.

They mentioned it on his Find-a-Grave page, which I think was taken from his obituary, and also mentioned on some African-American websites like PanacheReport. I notice on Wikipedia they said it was a stroke, which makes me wonder why they contradicted what his obituary says. Possibly it was an AIDS related stroke, but they simply left out the AIDS part.
