OK, thoughts on Thursday's episode:

Josh and Amanda were lucky to be safe. Two teams were clearly the worst. The right team was sent home. What was she thinking with the pink housedress? Then there was her partners slutty crotch, ass and boob baring look. Appropriate for a Vegas brothel maybe.

As I recall, Merline was famous for pulling looks out of her hat during her first season. That didn't work so well on this challenge. I felt sorry for her partner.

Ken and Fabio, love, love, loved their looks. The same girl would wear both to different events, so very cohesive. I loved Kimberly's blue pantsuit too. I think Fabio's was my overall fave.

We preferred Anthony and Kimberly's pair, but were not unhappy with Ken and Fabio taking the win. At least all four were in the top, which, we thought, were clearly the best pieces.

I totally agree. I didn't like Fabio's black ensemble. It was okay. I'm glad that Anthony gets a chance to show them what he can do. I remember his first season he was sent home, because his ball gown was too costumey. I didn't see anything wrong with it, but he got the boot.

Merline's outfit was so poorly constructed it was laughable. The judges clearly loved her design aesthetic and were willing to sacrifice Ari/Melissa rather than her.

Ari's was tacky in the front, so makes it easier for them to justify.

The most offensive outfit though was the one Alyssa wore to that restaurant!!!

Merline's construction was laughably bad, but they knew that when they brought her back. Candice's look was awful too. The judges must have given them a pass as having ideas that they weren't able to execute, instead of Ari and Melissa, who didn't have much in the way of inspiration or execution.

Yeah, Alyssa's outfit was awful. I often feel that way about her fashion.

Merline and Candace's pieces did pair opposed to Ari and Melissa's which didn't, imo.

What is wrong with Alyssa's body? It seems she can't wear anything except that one outfit during judging. At first, I thought it was due to her being pregnant/losing preggo weight, but now, I don't know what is up.

She is petite and not a small size. I am the same. Fussy cloths with lots of lines cutting the body are not flattering to that body type. Case in point, the dress she wore to the restaurant. Keep it clean and simple. That dress should have been worn by a much taller woman, if at all.

She should know that by now, or she should hire a stylist to tell her especially if she is hosting a fashion show. You just know contestants talk about her fashion sense off camera, and I bet the judges do as well. You would think the show would pick out her wardrobe, because Alyssa is not hitting the mark.

That dress should have been burned. It was pure ugly, and it makes me wonder about her taste.

An underwhelming unconventional materials runway. I think the clear winner was Fabio. His was the only one that stood out to me. Second I'd say Edmund.

I'm so bummed that my dvdr didn't record this episode. I'l have to comment Thursday.

Aren't they rerunning it before then?

Fabio didn't win but he was top 2.

Man, I looked at the air times which isn't until next Thursday. Then, duh! I thought about OnDemand and presto!

I'll report on this episode on Saturday.

On demand can be a savior. I hate watching on demand though. Pause times out, gets interrupted a lot, can't fast forward.
