I agree about the bottom of the dress, but time plays a big part in that.

Now, there was something so sublime about Anthony's white dress.

This!! Anthony's dress was the and should have won.

It takes great effort to get the volume in those sleeves, and the neck/back line was beautiful and beyond basic in construction.

Yes, Merlene should have gone home, but she has the judges in her pocket. As a result, she gets to skate a few rounds. Plus, the loser keeps making the same patch-work stuff, so her time was coming to an end anyway.

The judges are always yammering about how "architectural" Merline's work is. That doesn't matter to me if she can't make something interesting or wearable, which she has yet to do this season. I thought she was very hit or miss the first time around. This season her cloths have been poorly made snooze fests.

Snoozefest -- yes! Poorly made -- not so much. Yes, this past episode and another one. However, PR allowed someone who couldn't sew win, so. . . a few bad stitches should be allowed.

Did anyone know that there is a specific Project Runway All Stars thread/heading here? I just found out , well we're all here now and got this thread going this far.

Why is it that a see- thru net skirt with white bloomers (that is what they looked like to me- BLOOMERS) is not considered bad taste/too much/slutty/tacky by the judges but a simple navel shown is?

Yes, most definitely Shar and Edmund both chose the wrong fabric (and I thought the dresses were bulky and ugly) but they are both better designers (by a longgg shot) than Merlene the Hat is. Her blue draped dress looked as if it would put a strain on the wearers neck and peripheral vision. I can not believe they are still keeping her around. I must admit I did like Helen's design- just not for Betty Boop. I do think they all failed in the challenge to design something young and specifically for Betty Boop.

Watching Wendy Williams show, I learned that there is a season that has already been taped. That's right a season. This was before the scandal broke out, and she filmed with Georgina Chapman.
