If I'm being honest, I actually did enjoy Girl Meets World. It was a cute show. I liked all the new characters and seeing the old characters again. However, because it was on Disney channel it always felt kinda limited in terms of what they could cover content wise. They couldn't get into the same topics as Boy Meets World. Plus, the series was like 90% focused on the new generation and 10% focused on the old. Which is fine because that is what they set out to do. But it does make me wonder what if they did a true revival focusing evenly on both generations as well as more mature themes? We can get more storylines with the original cast as well as edgier stuff with the new generation.
