Where does it say the episode was originally aired as "Northwest Passage"?

"The original title for the pilot movie (and for the series as a whole) was Northwest Passage. It was later changed to Twin Peaks. This title was reused by Germany when assigning titles to the episodes." Found on https://twinpeaks.fandom.com/wiki/Pilot
