Extra Details: Why are characters being removed from the regular cast and moved to the episode guest cast if they appear in the oficial site as main characters?

Some of them even appear in all three broadcasted episodes until now, e.g. Takeda-sensei and Hajime's Mother.

As far as I know, it's fine to add characters to the season regular cast if they appear at least in half the episodes. Plus anime series list all characters appearing in episodes on the ending credits without making a difference between regulars or guests.
