There is a previous hidden report about the series giving a "Homepage is invalid" error and this other report about a "Media is invalid" error when trying to add a video and a "Tv series is invalid" and "Tv season is invalid" when trying to add a new episode.

All of them appear to be bugs since the homepage domain has not been blocked despite the error saying it's invalid, the video is still available on YouTube, and there should not be an error when trying to add an episode since it appears to be a perfectly fine entry.

There seems to be something else at play here because there really shouldn't be any errors with this entry so I've reported it internally.
