Obvious James Bond influence in a B+W ep

In"Mission to Montreal" a killer comes aboard ship and introduces himself as the similarly named "Brand" in the same way Bond introduces himself as Bond in films.
On other points. You may watch this whole ep thinking you are watching The Saint semi-regular actress Justine Lord playing the beautiful and sexy film star but it is not Miss. Lord at all but a very similar looking beauty. (Skip the first four minutes of this ep, you sensitive viewers, as it has a brutal knifing scene of the star's lady assistant.)

Wow! Took me a while to find even a description of that ep. That's going way back, even pre-Honor Blackman! Is that on youtube? I would love to watch.
