No, you didn't miss anything; The Lunchbox restaurant that Roseanne opened in the original series has never been mentioned in the reboot (not really a reboot, though, but a continuation). I think the last episode of this new season airs tomorrow (May 29), but I doubt the restaurant will be mentioned. Supposedly, the show has been renewed for another season-- this time 13 episodes --which should start airing later this year.
Of course, as fans, we can always make up our own reasons why Roseanne has to be an Uber driver for extra money and no longer has the restaurant. She and Dan never seem to enjoy great success in their endeavors; only small victories here and there. Perhaps the restaurant-- a small independent diner --simply went under, unable to compete with the larger chain restaurants? Who knows, but that's my guess, for what it's worth.
I think they were run out of business by that nicer restaurant that opened up down the street. Remember when Jackie and Roseanne broke into the restaurant and Roseanne got caught in the air vent? They were saying how they couldn't compete with them.
