Which perps left the biggest impression on you?

Which perps stuck with you after the episode ended? They could be sympathetic or more out and out monsters . Did any bad guys make you shower after an episode or leave the light on after viewing? Did anyone remind you of people you knew? Who were the perps you loved to hate the most or that just stuck out to you? I thought the serial rapist, Bill Harris, from S12E3 "Behave" was an unusual monster that I would not want to ever cross paths with while also being quite charming. He was very violent and controlling and just a horrible combination. Malik Harris from "Rooftops" was another similar man who stuck with me. The mentally handicapped man from season 1 who raped an old woman and had no idea it was wrong stuck with me for a different reason; He was just a very sympathetic perp that was hard to hate.

I just watched the one with the father from the Nanny again. It was hard watching Mr Sheffield as a pedophile. (Recall S8 Ep3 with Charles Shaughnessy). Dawson Leery (Daddy Dearest S13 EP 20) playing the Sperm Donor having sex with his daughters was mighty disturbing. Hopefully that was not ripped from the headlines.The college rape episode (Girl Dishonored S14 Ep20) reminded me a lot of current cases where rich kid gets off then makes a fool of him/herself. I have many that stick out and will have to give it more thought.

What about the episodes that crossed over with Chicago PD with Dallas Roberts (can't remember his character name right now) and the cross dressing ME ??
