Nancy and her friends see a beam of light coming from an abandoned lighthouse. When they call the local sheriff, he thinks they're imagining things because the light has disappeared. It's up to Nancy to Expose the strange mystery that surrounds the desolate structure. Soon, she finds herself in a deadly web of crime that could threaten her very life.

Joe Hardy makes his singing debut at a disco where he and Frank become involved in a record piracy case. At the club, Frank recognizes a girl who supposedly has been missing for years.
