Reported Problem for The War

Extra Details: So, this one took me a while to figure out. The US original has 7 parts and ca. 2 hours length each, the German translated version has 14 parts with ca. 50 minutes each runtime.
An American editor has removed the parts 8 - 14 and locked the Episode editing, so now there is no way to add the German version of it. One person has helped himself by adding another version with French in it.
This begs the question: is the system able to handle a different amount of parts in different languages? If not, what is the work around?
PS - I'm happy to share the German DVD as evidence.

We always list only the original version of a TV series. So, in this case, we only list the US 7 parts version.
This is indicated here in our rules. I quote : "This is also true for TV series. Duplicate entries for alternative episode splits are not allowed."
The French version has been removed.
