Extra Details: Can't add Middle East Special as episode 0 in season 16 (as it is in IMDb https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1802727/?ref_=ttep_ep1), tried to add as episode 8 but season 15 is locked.

Middle East Special is already included in the specials, where it belongs.

Actually it should belong to season 16, as a sort of episode 0. It function as an intro to the new season, because they introduce the "new" Stig, after the departure of Ben Collins.

Even the BBC adds the 2 specials (this one and the USA Road Trip) in the 16th season. At the beginning of the USA Road Trip there is a preview of the 16th season, and in the preview there are also scenes from the Middle East Special.

In that link even the USA Special from season 9 was released as a special, but it is actually the episode 3 of the 9th season. Every special was release as a special, with a dvd, but most of them are basically episodes of their respective season. The USA Road Trip has a preview of the 16th season (like in every first episode of every season), and the Middle East Special introduces the new Stig, and scenes from that special are shown in the preview of the 16 series, making them part of the 16th season. Probably the original plan was to release those episode as a stand-alone special (like the Patagonia Special) but they had to change plans because of the Ben Collins' autobiography.
