Extra Details: The 3 Tsubasa Cat episodes under special belong to season 1 "Bakemonogatari".
Would edit it myself bit it seems it's locked.

They are listed as special episodes because they weren't broadcasted during the first run of the series and were only released later..

I am aware. But for all intent and purpose they fall under season 1. It's even sold as 1 season.
I'd understand if they were stand alone episodes, but they aren't... Heck it's listed as 3 4 5 out of a 5 episode story.

If you want them there, you need to use or create an episode group.

I see in history this has reported dozen of times. All official media log this as 1 season.
What's the logic of seperating this based on semantics? It only serves to confuse people? I've seen people completely missing those 3 episodes because of this.
Seems to be a common issue with anime of episodes being wrongly flagged as specials.
I apologize for the rant as I'm sure your following some BS guidelines yourself... I'm just trying to find a hint of logic.
