This logic makes scraper in jellyfin or emby a disaster, I don’t think this will make sense, both for jellyfin user or normal user who just want know about this TV bangumi. Maybe set default order to DVD release order is better, and give user an alternative option if they need order them in initial aired date, they can still access it in episode group.

You have episode groups available if you need other orders.
