The Castle of Olive Trees is the ancestral home of the "Laborie de Sauveterre". Located at "Châteauneuf-du-Pape", it holds many mysteries and legends. Like every summer "Estelle Laborie" goes there to take some time off. But this summer she take an important decision: run from Paris and stay here at the castle definitively.

Little does she knows that her arrival will awake a lot of drama and secrets, beginning with this enigmatic "Pierre Séverin" who wants to demolish the castle to the ground, to make an amusement parc "Cigaleland". She will learn unfortunately that this "Pierre Séverin" is also knowned as "Marceau" the little boy of the steward of the castle when her father was the master of the domain. That steward also died in terrible circumstance.

However Estelle decides to face this vengeance and save the castle with the aid of archaeologist "Raphaël Fauconnier"...

Le Château des Oliviers est la demeure ancestrale des Laborie de Sauveterre. Situé à Châteauneuf-du-Pape (Vaucluse), il recèle bien des mystères et des légendes. Comme chaque été, Estelle Laborie (Brigitte Fossey) va se réfugier là-bas. Mais cet été, elle prend une grave décision : fuir Paris et s'installer définitivement aux Oliviers. Elle est loin d'imaginer que son arrivée va réveiller bien des drames et des secrets, à commencer par cet énigmatique entrepreneur Pierre Séverin (Jacques Perrin) qui veut raser le château pour en faire un parc d'attractions, « Cigaleland ». Elle apprendra hélas que ce Pierre Séverin n'est autre que Marceau, le fils de M. Dupastre, l'ancien régisseur du Château. Ce régisseur est d'ailleurs mort dans des circonstances terribles. Cependant, Estelle fait face à cette vengeance et décide de sauver les Oliviers avec l'aide, notamment, de l'archéologue Raphaël Fauconnier (Georges Corraface)...
