Overview

16 Jahre nachdem das "Gesetz für öffentliche Ordnung und Sitten in einer gesunden Kindererziehung" verabschiedet und somit jegliche vulgäre Sprache verboten wurde, steigt Tanukichi Okuma in die Landeselite der Schulen für öffentliche Sitten ein. Doch schon bald wird er von Ayame Kajou in die Anti-Gesellschaftsorganisation eingezogen. Diese erpresst seinen Eintritt und so führt Tanukichi letztendlich Anschläge gegen die talentierte Schulratspräsidentin Anna aus, obwohl er genau in diese verknallt ist.
